EL&G Rustic Weddings & Events is a destination wedding planning studio based in Heraklion, Crete, designing rustic, boho and nature-led celebrations across Greece. The studio is run by Eleftheria and George (EL&G) — a duo combining international experience in events and tourism marketing with deep roots in Cretan agriculture and hospitality.

Our story

We highlight the natural gems of the Greek mainland and islands — olive groves, vineyards, wineries, forests and seaview villas — and shape them into a wedding landscape that feels personal, unhurried and grounded in place. From the day couples first contact us, every detail is planned with the couple, their guests and the surrounding nature in mind.

Where we plan weddings

We work primarily across Crete (Heraklion and the wider island), plus selected venues in Corfu, Naxos, Athens and Pelion. Whether it is an intimate ceremony under olive trees or a celebration among vineyards, EL&G handles design, planning, vendor selection and on-the-day coordination so couples can focus on the moment, not the logistics.

EL&G curates four signature rustic settings, each designed for a different mood and guest count.

• Olive Grove Weddings — up to 50 guests, set among centennial olive trees in Crete or Corfu, April to October
• Vineyard & Winery Weddings — up to 50 guests, a majestic backdrop of vines and Cretan wineries
• Forest Weddings — up to 100 guests, romantic, whimsical or adventurous celebrations in pine forests
• Elegant Farm Weddings — up to 100 guests, natural, earthy style with elegant simplicity

All packages include wedding planning, set-menu or buffet culinary options and transportation. Music, decoration and floral design are tailored to each venue.
