The Photobooth, Without the Booth
Your guests print the photos they have already taken, straight from your wedding gallery, and take them home the same night.
A photobooth in Greece runs €300 to €800 for three hours. Smart Print starts at €119 and keeps going all night.
Leave a glue stick next to the stand and watch your guest book fill up with real photos and handwritten wishes.

How it works on the night
Four steps for your guests, and nothing for you to do. The stand is staffed and the prints are already paid for.
- 1
Scan the QR code
Guests point their phone at the QR code on the stand and your private gallery opens in the browser. No app, no account, no sign-up.

- 2
Tap Print on any photo
Anything already in your gallery can be printed, including the photos other guests took. Pinch to zoom, twist to straighten, pick up to three copies.

- 3
Send it to the stand
A confirmation screen shows exactly how the card will come out before anything prints, so nobody wastes a print on a bad crop.

- 4
Collect your card
A live queue shows first names and where each job has got to, so guests know when to walk over. They pick it up still warm.

The guest book people actually fill in
Most guest books end the night half empty. A few signatures at the front, a couple of rushed lines, and eighty blank pages nobody quite knew what to do with.
At a wedding in Koufonisia the couple put a chalkboard next to the stand that said 'Print your photo & leave a wish', and left the guest book out with a glue stick and a handful of coloured pens. Guests printed the photo they had taken ten minutes earlier, stuck it on the page, and wrote their message next to their own face.
They went home with a book full of real photographs and handwritten wishes, each one sitting beside the moment it was about. A hired booth gives your guests a print. This gives you the book.
«Πάντα χαμογελα». Always smiling. Written on the card, right next to the photo it was about.

What your guests take home
Every print comes out as a proper 4×6 card. Not a bare photo, and not a booth strip with somebody else's logo along the bottom.

The photo they picked
Framed by the guest who printed it, from the photos already sitting in your gallery. Real moments, not poses in front of a backdrop.
Your names and your date
Every card carries the two of you and the day it happened, so it still means something when you find it in a drawer five years later.
A QR code back to the gallery
Scan the card and your live gallery opens, so whoever is holding it can pull up the original in one tap.
Space to write on
The white border is deliberate. It is what turns a print into a message, a place card, or a page in your guest book.
Everything you need
The Photobooth, Without the Booth
No bulky booth, no staged backdrop, no queue for one camera. Your guests print the candid photos they already took on their own phones, straight from your private wedding gallery.
Runs All Night, Not Three Hours
A hired photobooth in Greece usually costs €300 to €800 and packs up after three hours. Smart Print starts at €119 and keeps printing from the first dance to the last song.
Branded Cards With a QR Code
Every print comes out as a card stamped with your names and a QR code back to the live gallery, so guests can find and download the digital original too.
Prints From the Photos Guests Already Shared
Guests upload to your private gallery by scanning a QR code, with nothing to download, then tap Print on any photo. Real moments, not posed booth shots.
Live Named Print Queue
A friendly on-screen queue shows first names and status, so guests know exactly when their print is ready to collect. Pickup, not chaos.
Staffed Stand, Kit, or Destination
Run it as a staffed stand at your venue, a self-serve kit, or a destination setup we arrange with you. The print pool is yours for the whole night.
Capped Pricing, No Surprises
You buy a pool of prints up front. Failed prints never come out of it, and you can top up €29 for 50 more whenever the night is going well.
Your Photos Live On Digitally Too
Every printed photo stays in your private gallery for good. Smart Print is the physical layer on top of the photo sharing your guests already use.
