Eventos is an Athens wedding and event planning company founded and run by Dimitra Magafa. With her partners, Dimitra takes on the full planning of weddings and baptisms across Athens and the surrounding region, covering everything from the first idea to the last detail on the day.

One team for the whole celebration

Eventos works as a single point of contact across the whole celebration: invitations, favors, church and reception decoration, the wedding car, catering, photography and videography, DJ and live music, hair and makeup, and special effects. Couples can book the full package or pick the services they need most, and Dimitra coordinates the suppliers so nothing falls between the cracks.

Weddings and baptisms together

Beyond weddings, Eventos has a dedicated baptism collection, including christening dresses from well-known designers and complete godparent sets (clothes, shoes, candle and witness set). It is a practical fit for families planning the wedding and the first baptism within a short time of each other.

Packages start from €180 for individual services and scale up to fully designed celebrations, so the studio is open to both small intimate events and larger receptions.

The starting point is always a conversation about you: the size of the guest list, the church or city hall, the budget you want to stay within, and the small traditions you want to keep at the center of the day. From there Dimitra builds a working plan, suggests venues and suppliers from her trusted network, and takes care of the negotiations on your behalf.

Closer to the wedding, the team locks down the timeline, run-of-show and supplier briefs so the photographer, DJ, catering, hair and makeup and church decoration team are all working off the same plan. On the day itself, Eventos is on-site coordinating everyone, leaving the couple and their families free to actually enjoy the celebration.
