KS Wedding Planner (KS Event Planner) is a wedding and event planning studio based in Ioannina, Epirus, founded in 2021 by Katerina Sakellariou. Katerina holds an engineering degree from the University of Ioannina and turned a lifelong love of art, design and detail into a full-service planning house for couples and families across northwestern Greece.

What we do

We design, coordinate and decorate weddings, baptisms and social events end-to-end. Every project starts from the couple's own story — colours, palette, venue, traditions — and is built around a clear budget, a tight timeline and a curated team of local suppliers. From small village chapels in Zagori and Metsovo to seaside ceremonies in Parga, Lefkada and Plataria, we travel across Epirus and the Ionian coast to deliver a single, cohesive aesthetic.

Studio in Ioannina

Our studio in central Ioannina (Iosif Eliyia 6) doubles as a bridal and baptism boutique: a wide selection of wedding favours (bombonieres), baptism sets, martyrika, lambades and invitations, plus rental furniture and decor props for on-site styling. We meet each couple in person, prototype every detail, and stay with them from the first mood board to the last guest leaving the venue.

Epirus is one of Greece's most underrated wedding regions, and we know it intimately. Past couples have married in stone-built villages in Zagori (Koukouli, Dikorfo, Elati), at lakeside chapels around Ioannina, in Metsovo, on the coastline of Parga and Plataria in Thesprotia, and on the island of Lefkada. We handle logistics, permits, transport and accommodation coordination so guests can focus on the celebration — and so couples coming from abroad can arrive knowing every detail is taken care of.

We avoid excess. The brief is always the couple — their colours, their venue, their family. Past projects range from terracotta and macrame boho ceremonies to pastel fairy-tale receptions, traditional Zagori weddings with earthy palettes, and minimal modern christenings with sage and pampas. The common thread is intentional detail: floral choices that match the church, stationery that echoes the venue, and favours that feel personal rather than generic.
