MoreLess Events, Wedding Planner (Dubai)

MoreLess Events is a Dubai wedding planning and event production studio. Its own site describes the business as a Dubai based luxury wedding planner working across the UAE, Europe and selected international destinations, with one team carrying a celebration from creative direction through to on-site delivery.

Design and production sit with the same team

The published process runs in four stages: a discovery call about story, location and budget, a design and planning stage that fixes the concept and the supplier plan, production and coordination, then wedding day management. Because the people who draw the concept are the people who build it, the work reads as one idea rather than a set of separately booked services.

The build is the interesting part

Their own behind the scenes photography shows custom sculptural backdrops being bolted together on site, mirrored aisles laid over rock, and floral structures wired by hand. A Fujairah mountain wedding they posted in July 2026 used translucent architectural forms, white roses and green hydrangeas, and a white mirrored aisle running through bare mountain landscape.

Greece is the reason this Dubai studio is worth a Greek couple's time at all. Their site carries a dedicated Greece wedding planner page and a separate Santorini page, both written with enough local detail to suggest the coverage is real rather than a list of country names in a footer.

Their Greek shortlist is grouped three ways: Athens Riviera properties for international flight access and established city suppliers, island hotels and villas where transport and production have to scale down to the island, and historic or rural estates for stone architecture and privacy. They recommend twelve to eighteen months of lead time for the strongest choice of dates across the Aegean and the Athens Riviera.

What is useful is that they name the awkward parts out loud: summer heat, the meltemi wind, ferry conditions, peak tourism, island freight, the limits of local supplier capacity, noise restrictions, villa licensing and backup transport. They also say couples living abroad can plan remotely, working from documented comparisons and a small number of focused site visits rather than flying in for every decision.

Ask them directly which Greek islands and regions they have delivered in, and when.

Instagram is where the real portfolio lives. @moreless_events is a verified account with more than 120,000 followers and roughly 150 posts, and the captions carry the useful detail: a square loop table in powder aqua with citrus and hydrangeas, a mirrored aisle under an oversized sculptural backdrop, bookings open for 2026 and 2027.

Their About page claims more than 400 weddings and events planned and more than five years of trading. Those are the studio's own figures. They are listed independently on arabiaweddings.com and in eventvendors.ae's 2026 roundup of Dubai wedding planners.

On money, their packages page is unusually direct. Planning fees are quoted after a private consultation. Venue hire, catering, florals, décor, entertainment, photography and technical production sit outside the planning fee unless a written proposal says otherwise, and for work outside the UAE, travel, accommodation, visas, local transport, shipping and customs are confirmed separately.

• Does the lead planner travel to Greece, or is delivery handed to a local production partner
• What exactly is inside the planning fee for an international wedding, and what is billed on top
• Can they work alongside a Greek venue's in-house team, and its noise, access and curfew rules
• How is guest communication handled when most of the guest list is flying in

Ask for the written proposal before you commit to anything. A studio that plans across several countries should be able to put scope, exclusions and a decision calendar on paper.
