Pullman Club is the first supper club in Athens and Athens' most talked-about culinary experience. Founded in late 2022 by Chef Kostas Pardalis and Chrysa Petrochilou, it fuses the warmth of a dinner party with the craft of a pop-up restaurant, reshaping the Greek gastronomy scene.

The team

Kostas brings experience from Michelin-starred kitchens in London to every Pullman menu. Chrysa, with a background in architecture and a passion for food, curates the captivating dining settings. Together they run a nomadic supper club — "Everywhere – Athens and Greece" — hosting curated dinners and private events at partner venues across Athens and Greece.

Pullman has collaborated with Ace Hotel Athens (Sebastian restaurant), Istioploikos in Piraeus, OKUPA Athens, House Babylon, and brands like Campari for Red Nights.
