RentDj is a Heraklion-based wedding and events production company active since 2004, built around one idea: the music and atmosphere at your reception should match the couple, not a generic playlist.

Own gear, vintage booth, full production

RentDj travels with privately owned audio and lighting: RCF column arrays sized for up to 300 guests, wireless microphones, vintage wood-and-aluminum DJ booths, moving heads, bowl and halo fixtures, sparkle machines and haze. VIP packages add mirrorbooth, dancing-on-clouds for the first dance and vintage bulb letters (LOVE, MR & MRS, JUST MARRIED).

The team has earned multiple international wedding awards from 2014 through 2023, including International Wedding Awards in 2021 and 2022 — recognition from hundreds of weddings at estates and venues across Heraklion and the rest of Crete.

RentDj's VIP Premium packages target couples who want a polished, high-aesthetic reception rather than a basic DJ setup. A typical package includes 2 professional DJs with 20+ years of experience, a vintage Humpter DJ booth with wood detailing, 4 vintage bowl lights, 2 halo lights, beam moving heads on black columns, vintage lighting bars and an RCF EVOX 12 column-array system for up to 300 guests.

Extras bundled in the top tier: 4 sparkle machines, an ADJ 1,500 W smoke-haze unit, 6 hours of mirrorbooth, dancing on clouds for the first dance and vintage bulb letters. Packages start around €2,000 for the core DJ-and-production setup and reach €3,500 for the full VIP experience. A 30% deposit secures the date; transfers outside Heraklion carry a €100 fee, and events outside Crete are quoted separately.

Most Heraklion receptions begin with a welcome / cocktail hour of softer lounge and Greek instrumentals, move into dinner-friendly music that keeps conversation easy, then build through the first dance, cake cutting and a late-night party set that keeps the floor full.

RentDj prepares a written music brief with the couple — must-play tracks, do-not-play list and key moments — then reads the room on the night. With wireless mics, photorhythm-style lighting and effects timed to the beat, the team keeps energy consistent from the entrance to the last song, whether the venue is a city hotel, a seaside estate or a mountain ktimato.
