About

CeremonyVerse is an Indian wedding concierge and destination wedding planner based in Philadelphia. It works with Gujarati and Hindu families living in the United States and Canada who are marrying in Mexico or Punta Cana.

One contact for the family

The founder, who goes by Mini on the company site, is the single family facing contact. She keeps priorities, approvals, guest information and decision records in one place. A contracted Mexico City based destination team carries the local planning and on site work named in the written scope, and the resorts and providers issue their own contracts and hold their own bookings. The company states this split in writing before any paid planning begins.

Planned around the ceremony sequence, not a resort template

A Gujarati or Hindu wedding weekend can move through Mehndi, Pithi or Haldi, Vidhi, Garba, Sangeet, the Baraat and the Pheras, then a reception and a farewell. CeremonyVerse plans around that sequence and asks which functions need a private or semi private space, which need procession access or extra setup time, how elders and children move between rooms and meals, and what the weather backup is. Ceremony authority and cultural choices stay with the family and the officiant.

Starting fees are published, not held back for a call

The first 30 minute consultation is free, with no payment or contract. Package scope and starting fees sit on the public pricing page, and the planning calculators run without an email gate.

Services and published fees

  • Full planning and design, from $8,000 USD: begins nine or more months out. Venue sourcing, research into local vendor options, guidance during site visits, weekly progress meetings, a Gujarati or Hindu cultural brief, and coordination and on site management of the agreed multi day events.
  • Partial planning and coordination, from $5,500 USD: begins about six months out. Vendor management takeover, contract review, detailed multi day timelines, and on site execution for the scheduled events.
  • Event coordination and management, from $4,000 USD: a structured final handover for couples whose venue, vendors and contracts are already settled, with one on site point of contact for the wedding week.
  • Feasibility and action plan, $300 USD: one 60 minute working session after the free call, a review of up to two current resort or planner proposals, and two guest count or budget scenarios. The full $300 is credited toward the planning fee if a planning contract is signed within 30 days of delivery.
  • India wedding outfit sourcing, flat fees of $799 for guided sourcing and $2,499 for the full bridal concierge: bridal lehengas, groom sherwanis, wedding party and family outfits, jewellery and accessories, with live video shopping sessions, measurement coordination, written approvals, a pre shipping review and tracked delivery to the United States or Canada.
  • Free planning calculators: budget, resort proposal comparison, guest and VIP cost, and shipping and customs, all published without an email gate.

Where they plan

CeremonyVerse covers four destinations: Cancun, Riviera Maya and Los Cabos in Mexico, and Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Each destination guide on their site compares airport access and guest entry steps, resort areas and transfer distances, multi event feasibility, room block exposure, cultural and food execution, local vendor rules, production, weather backup and the total cost picture.

For a family spread across several US and Canadian cities, the airport and transfer question usually decides more than the resort photographs do, which is why the guides open on access rather than on decor.

Ceremonies and wedding wardrobes

The outfit sourcing service is organised by ceremony rather than by product: Mehndi and Haldi, Sangeet, Baraat, reception, and Gujarati wedding outfits. That matters for a multi day celebration, where a family is dressing the same people four or five times in a weekend and the colours need to work together across events.

Sourcing runs remotely from the United States or Canada. Live video sessions cover selection, measurements are coordinated in writing, approvals are recorded, and there is a review before anything ships. India sourcing is a separate paid service and does not come bundled into a planning package.

How they present their own work

CeremonyVerse is open about the fact that its portfolio is still being built, and it labels what it shows. The Mexico wedding photographs on its site and on Instagram carry a note that they come from a family wedding, not a client event, and the earlier outfit work is labelled as sourcing rather than as destination planning. The company states that client stories will appear only with documented permission, and that public reviews stay on the platform they were written on instead of being restaged as marketing copy.

That labelling is unusual and it is worth checking for yourself, because it tells you what has been delivered under the CeremonyVerse name and what has not.

Who it suits

This is a fit for a Gujarati or Hindu family in the United States or Canada planning a multi day celebration at a resort in Mexico or Punta Cana, who want one person holding the family side of the plan while the local team and the resort handle their own scope. It suits families who would rather see the fee, the exclusions and the responsibility lines in writing before paying.

It is not a local planner for a wedding at home, and it does not sell rooms, flights, transfers or travel insurance. Those stay with the resort or a qualified travel provider.
