EP Wedding & Event Planning is a Kefalonia-based coordination studio led by Ellena Pantopoulou, producing destination weddings, civil ceremonies, baptisms and elopements across the Ionian Islands. The team works out of Argostoli and travels across the island — from Petanoi and Lourdas beaches to chapels in the hills above Fiscardo — designing celebrations that fit each couple's budget and style.

Ellena handles every wedding personally, with clear communication in English and Greek from the first email to the final dance. The studio is known for its floral artistry, creative use of local venues, and a budget-conscious approach that helps couples stretch a destination wedding without losing the magic.

Where we work

Our base is Kefalonia (Cephalonia) but we also coordinate weddings on Ithaca, Zakynthos, Lefkada and across the wider Greek islands. With 6+ years of planning experience and a tight network of local vendors — photographers, florists, caterers and officiants — we can run civil unions on a clifftop, religious ceremonies in a village church or an intimate elopement on the beach.
