Fotini married on Santorini in 2004, before professional planners were common on the island. Organising the church, reception venue, flowers, cake, hair and photography from abroad proved overwhelming — and that experience shaped the agency. Ruby brings a Fine Art background, wedding work in Australia and hospitality experience in Cape Town, South Africa. Together they built a team that understands what couples need when they arrive with limited time on the island.
