Weddings & Whimsy is a boutique wedding rental and styling studio based in Santorini, run by Kirsty and Daryl. Kirsty brings years of wedding planning and creative direction; Daryl builds the custom pieces — ceremony stages, mirror-topped tables, arches and one-off constructions that fit each venue's lines and the island light.

Built for Cycladic destination weddings

The collection grew around Santorini's cliffside venues and caldera views. Pieces are designed to complement the landscape rather than compete with it: real mirror-topped tables, hand-finished ceremony backdrops, tiered podiums, bentwood seating and acrylic welcome signs that photograph cleanly at golden hour.

The team delivers and styles weddings across Santorini, Ios, Paros, Anti-Paros and Naxos, working directly with couples and planners from first mood board through pack-down. Work has been published on Wedding Chicks, 100 Layer Cake, Junebug Weddings and Green Wedding Shoes.

Every rental starts with a conversation about venue layout, guest count and the look you want in photos. Kirsty maps which pieces from the collection — or what needs to be built custom — will read well against Santorini stone, whitewash and sea views.

Daryl's workshop turns those plans into finished stages, mirrors and signage. On the wedding day the team focuses on setup, styling touches and pack-down, so planners can keep the timeline moving.

The Our Collection catalogue includes mirror tables, gold sequin runners, bentwood furniture, acrylic welcome signs, coloured panels and tiered podiums — all maintained for repeat use across island venues.

Need something that is not on the list? Creative constructions are quoted separately: arches shaped to your terrace, signage in your palette, or a proposal setup built for a specific cliffside spot.
